• This item is 3D printed using high-quality PLA and contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children aged 6 and under should be closely supervised while using this product.
• While designed for durability, the toy may break if subjected to excessive force or rough handling. Please handle with care. This product is not intended for chewing or consumption.
• Keep away from open flames and high heat sources, as PLA may deform or become damaged at elevated temperatures.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery

TC3D Printing currently only delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery service selected at checkout but are typically within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that we round item weights up to the nearest whole kilogram in line with our courier partners' policies.

We will provide estimated delivery dates during checkout based on item availability and the selected delivery method. These estimates are not guaranteed but we will always do our best to meet them.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return most new, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• You must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
• You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to 'Complete Orders' under the My Account menu.
3. Select the relevant order and click the Return Item button.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund processed.
